Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on hp888. Multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 2–3 banking hours. hp888 accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to payment service providers or banking institutions.
hp888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Players may be subject to fees imposed by their respective financial institutions, for which hp888 bears no responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. hp888 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded, the Account suspended pending investigation, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities as required by AMLA.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hp888 are subject to specific terms including: wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. hp888 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where it determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, participating in matched betting strategies designed to guarantee risk-free extraction of bonus funds, collusion with other Players, or any other conduct that hp888 determines is contrary to the spirit of its promotional offers.
Each game available on hp888 is subject to its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to general Account and financial matters; game-specific rules shall govern gameplay outcomes.

hp888 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
hp888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious purposes; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed to hp888's satisfaction; or (d) such action is required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
In cases of suspension pending investigation, hp888 will retain Account funds during the investigation period. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of Terms, hp888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting hp888 Live Chat support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to completed KYC and no outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, hp888 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform; (b) any loss of data, profits, or revenue; (c) service interruptions caused by factors beyond hp888's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor delays; or (d) the content or practices of any third-party websites linked from the Platform.
hp888's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hp888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as described in the hp888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to hp888's internal dispute resolution process through Live Chat or email support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek relief from courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
hp888 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
Continued use of the hp888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
